You feel like you cannot go to work but you have to because you barely make ends meet to begin with?

My Back, wrist and every joint in my hand are probably a 7 or a tad more o a 1-10 pain scale...this shit sucks bad....I can take a lot of pain physically but if it is a deblitating pain I cant take it anymore...my back hurts so fucking bad right now im holding back tears right now....I just dont know what to do any more

I've had a knee scope back in January ...it helped a bit but still gives me shit ...my knees are both shot...

I've had to do heavy labor with torn tendons and ligaments in my shoulder. No choice but to do it as I was contracted.

Do what you can to get a jump on the pain in the morning, Tylenol, muscle relaxants etc and keep up with your system throughout the day so the pain doesn't creep back to excruciating and you have to start back from scratch.

Going to see a doctor is a good start if you haven't already.

I feel you. I have had surgery on both knees. My back is bad. Part is from being young and racing quads. The rest I attribute to the military treating me like a machine.

Yo dude I have topicals and tinctures to gift you...just gotta swing by and get em. They help really well the 1st week (the topical anyways) just like anything else you build a tolerance if use all the time. Take as good care of yourself as possible until you can get help. eat good grub, stay hydrated, sleep sleep, meditate.

I'm in the same boat you are 6oh. Stupid docs won't hardly listen to me. Got all fuckered up in Iraq and my back made of metal. Can't hardly stand to be at work. Finally got doc to send me to pain management clinic and they put me on anti freak in depressants and said come back in 4 weeks. Nothing but pain pills ever helps me and they won't give me any. Second surgery soon its lookin like.

lets start by thanking you for your service and wtf if wrong with your drs got dam help a guy out im all jacked up also herniated 5 discs in my neck one in my back and pelvis is rotated 12° from a drunk driver not to long after my above work accident theres more but you get the idea im on pain meds and dont know what id do with out them but I consume a fair amount of bho suckers my whife makes for me and they cut the pain fairly well and or just get me so loaded im able to tolerate it man I hate to hear how are country is not taking care of ya
