I don't smoke in house, and I keep my growing out of her way,if you stop growing its just another bill on top! Any way when they babies, crying and proper stressing you out there is nothing like a spliff of green to chill you the fuck out.

I don't have any children but would like to one day. I've always wanted a daddy's little princess. But unfortunately my girl and I think that we can't. We haven't gotten a doctors opinion yet but after 4 years without protection you start to get the hint.

But I just wanted to share a fact that I learned the other day. Raising a child cost the average person $235,000, the cost of a luxurious Ferrari.

Im on the no kids side, I think the money and enjoying my own life is a greater reward than having another human to take care of. lol i do hang with my nephews but when they start acting up i can just walk away and have mommy or daddy take care of it. I am still under 25 so maybe my views will change but i doubt it.

matter because you will no longer be the boss of them. Not to be a fing pig or anything just the truth.

I am at that age now where I am thinking about having kids.

My girl and I are almost ready, but I wanted to ask you guys something first.

To the people that have kids, how many did you have and are they worth it?

To the people that are older and dont have kids and probably never will, do you regret not having them? And if not, what were you able to do without having to worry about kids all the time?

Thanks guys.
Ever think about adoption mybe fostering kids? Alot of kids out there wanting a mommy or daddy.

Thanks for the responses guys.

Another question, we all smoke and probably most of us here grow weed. So do you still smoke and grow weed where your children live? Or does that stop when you have children?

If you still grow and smoke, do you hide it or do you show them and tell them about it?
weather you want to show your kids your grow or have them around it is not really upto you in the eyes of CPS. It is still considered a drug. If CPS had knowledge of your children being in your garden or having access to it they would take your children from you. If you are a patient you are allowed by the state govt. to have said narcotics, but your children aren't. It must be locked up. If it is in your room and the door is locked that is still a no no. You have to have your weed let say in a safe for you to be safe from CPS. Same goes for your grow. Your children CAN NOT be around the drug at all. I know all of this first hand. I dealt with CPS on this matter. Needless to say I still have my kids and my exwife can go fuck herself.
When your kids get older they need to learn that bragging about anything you might be doing could land you in a shit load of trouble. The wrong person hears something and CPS is knocking on your door. Let's say the child gets in trouble and says My mom or dad is going to hit me... guess who is knocking on your door. Parents really don't have many rights and kids have the upper hand. Unless you learn them right.
Having kids is the most incredible thing that I have ever had happen to me in my life, just make sure the person you are having them with is someone you can trust and deal with for the rest of your life. Parenthood doesn't end at 18 either... stay high

oh and by the way after a certain age there is no hiding it, kids are innocent not stupid. stay high

I have no natural children that I am aware of. I do have 3 successful step kids and
we all get along like oil and vinegar, Laural and hardy, kukla, fran and olie etc...
They all call me on fathers day and I'm sure 2 of them do not
call their own father.

I made a decision to love the woman I was with and she already had kids and kids were not on my list of priorities.

At this stage of my life it is likely my genes may not be passed along.
It was a decision I consciously made more than 25 years ago.

So I now have 3 step kids and 4 grand children 3 of which call me grand pa, the other asshole don't count,
on my island of misfit toys.

I'm still happy with some of the decisions I made along the road called life.
AND I am STILL in love with my wife. although she don't like me all of the time.

I'm in my forties with no kids of my own. I do not regret it at all. This world is just too messed up to bring anyone into in my opinion. I have nieces and nephews if I want to be around kids. I usually pass on being around kids anyway. Don't really like em.

Because I have no kids I can do what I want when and where I want. I'm selfish.

I was trying to think of a "good" time period to bring children into this world...

I think now it is a great time considering the past. We have more solutions for sick kids, more advanced artificial limbs for the disabled, there are a lot of great websites and forums for answers on raising children.

Also I think out of a lot of 3rd world countries where a child dies every 7 seconds or what not, we should be having more children if you think about it.

i have twins. a boy and a girl both are nearing they're "terrible twos". but i wouldnt give them up for the world. sure there is the moments where you pull your hair out. but it comes with being a parent. it could also be because im the main caregiver. my wife is off working while i work from home. it saves a crap load on child care plus i dont have to worry about if my kids are safe reciving the care they need. etc. plus i find alot of the daycares in my community are very dirty. a friend of mine has his kids in the daycare that is closest to my house and hes always sick with the flu, getting lice, some kind of sickness. theres the days i dont wanna get outa bed but thats just because im stressed with life atm. just be good to your kids be good to your woman. and you'll have a very happy life

Baby girl smiled today for first time.
She looks like a little elve with all that hair and those tiny features.
I don't think she even cries for 5 minutes a whole day.

Those are some good points. I guess I just look back to the era I grew up in and compare it to present time. I feel I am pretty much the last generation that experienced what I would call a real childhood. Kids are forced to grow up too fast and have way too many stresses put on them at a early age now. I feel bad for kids these days.
