Having “mutation” issues with amnesia haze auto

One of my plants is a mutation of a plant and the other is doing weird things with the leafs. It’s almost if they are miniature and hydrate into big leafs. I will post pictures below.
Soil is 6.7ph and I’ve been watering with 6.6-6.8ph water. Today makes 3 weeks any help would be appreciated
