Having troubles getting to flower.

It's not 1000w is the issue

It draws 1000w at the wall and a blurple! How about a picture of their phyllotaxy. They maybe too immature to flower, alternating is mature.

Acting like the funny plants I got when first playing with autos under blurple. Not enough light to trigger flower on a few. And others were heavily leaning towards photo genes. My solution was to put them under real lights ,natural or change lights to 12/12.
