Healthy Homeade Edibles?

Hey guys, I hope this is the right section for this. I'm basically trying to find some healthy edibles that I can make (Im tired of brownies/cookies and want to start eating better while still enjoying edible cannabis) If anyone has any recipes or ideas to share, I would greatly appreciate it. (: btw, I use coconut oil.

I just posted about making ganja roasted nuts with rosemary and garlic, healthy and tastes great. The thread is right below this one. Feel free to ask whatever q' s ;)

High BrittanyRIOT :) You can try a granola. I made some with coconut oil and turned out pretty good.

very nice Texas :) They could even be double medicated with the coconut oil and medicated peanut butter. The pic looks delicious. I will def be trying this one...thanks for posting

your welcome
let me know how that goes!
hell you could even add some infused chocolate chips, or have them dipped in chocolate

Veggie muffins or quiche? I made the mistake of trying to make mine *too* healthy, and they ended up tasting like baked papier mache paste. No one would eat them. Waste of good cannabudder.

Hash/Keif part: dry leaves in bubble bags, no ice or water, just hand mixed dry
Double bubble: Pot with boiling water with another pot in the water, butter in the smaller pot, slowly add hash to butter while stirring and mix every minute for 5 minutes

Butter on toast for breakfast - got over a nasty habit doing this few days a week for a few weeks

Keep butter in fridge

that's awesome TB. Will def be trying the soup in the fall. I will be planting my butternut squash in a few weeks.

I have a healthy, yummy, diabetic friendly muffin recipe if anyone would like it...medicated of course

So, the verdict is in...they are delicious! I only used 2 oz (82 mg hash) medicated peanut butter, the rest is regular. I added some cinnamon, and dried blueberries. I didn't have quite enough honey, and was not, no way, no how, going to the store to get more. So I subbed in some molasses. I love molasses anyway and it turned out yummy. Eating one now. I have a super high tolerance when it comes to smoking, but edibles hit me way different. They kind of act like a Norco lol, so I need to have very low dose for me to be able to eat it in the daytime. But I need to quit smoking, at least so much. Hopefully, these will help :) Thanks for posting the recipe Texas...muah!

here are the pics

thanks Gioua :) I just, right now, polished one off lol. I do have to say, I got impatient and smoked after eating the one the other day. but it was yummy lol

glad you like it fumble
I just made me a batch too
I have to say they are my new favorite edibles to make
literally took me about 15 mins

I used:
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup shredded coconut
chopped up almonds (unmeasured)
crispy rice (unmeasured)
top with mini chocolate chips

I think the crispy rice is a great addition to the bars
for my next batch I plan to use almond butter
