heating pads

ppl like me who use cfls and fluoros the soil stays cold. the reason for heating pads during germination is to give a greenhouse effect. so ill ask my question again since apparently you're stoned and cant think past your own ignorance.... would it help?

roots like it cool. if you're using it to keep them warm you need to rethink your environment. if you're using a heating pad with a dome for humidity then it will work for a while in which case you'll need to rethink your environment soon.
