I'm on day 50 of my first grow... A little insight on the last 50 days
The kit:
1.2x1.2x2m bud box pro
Adjusts watt ballast upto 600w
Parabolic reflector
Fans rvk 6 inch l1
Extract rvk 5 inch l1
150x600mm rhino pro carbon filter
Echotechnics fan speed controller
Ph pen
Blue lab truncheon
15l airpots

First three weeks of life ph water with rhizotonic, then introduced floras three part nutes, at day 43 added bloombastic to the mix.

Ive only gone for three plants I've got one lady at over 3 foot one over 2 foot and one just under two foot.

Looking good man, looks like you had the cash to go all in first time around. I'd suggest topping, that's just a preference of mine tho

I had a good win on the live casino poker & decided to put it to good use, will save a lot more than that in the long run :D would you top an auto with around just 3 weeks of growing time left?

Never top an auto. That guy must of forgot you were talking about autos.

At least I've not heard even one good report back from topping one.

Thanks guys & nice one for clearing that up for me paranoid4areas, saves me trying it!
I had a bit of a sort out in the tent yesterday brought clip on fans to improve the air circulation, had to duct tape them into place every time I zipped the tent up they fell off lol!
Ive removed the fan I had standing on a pot & it seems theyve got a lot more space now, ive also raised the smallest lady to get her closer to the light.

I'm going to use my jack flash sensi seeds for my next grow will try topping and scrogging then :D

Hi total newbie here just bought my first set up
1 x grow tent 1.2m 1.2m 2.0m
1x 600w hps lamp
1x 600w shade
1x 600w power pack
1x 4" tt100 fan
1x carbon filter
ducting and clips
1x super 3c monkey nuts coco peat 50L bag
1x hornet coco feed a&b 1 litre

Ive also got 3 northern lights autos
3 cheese autos
and 1 sensi star auto
first time trying any advice is much appreciated.
ps what else do i need

Read your ass off here. Ask lots of questions and don't try to " help" em too much.. At least that's what I've learned for here.. :weed:

Im not planning on cloning or cropping just want a nice crop. Im wondering if i would be best with soil rather than coco what you think?

Prepare to spend some quality time with your couch. I recently harvested 2 of these, and when we smoke it, my wife and I can't fucking move.

If you do opt for coco you will need a ph pen and ec metre as well.
I can see you have a 4" fan I assume this is for intake you need an extraction fan 5" and ducting (I used acoustic ducting myself it's insulated so less noise!) You will also need a fan speed controller.

With autos plant your seeds in what would be there final pot, In the size tent you have id recommend just planting 3 seeds in 15/20l pots as they will fill your tent!
What pots!? After lots of reading I opted for airpots as plants potted in these build a better root system, i even watched you tube vids to see how roots turned out in different pots!

I'm yet to experiment with different nutes but am happy with my results this far!

Bearkat I can't wait getting itchy fingers now it's gone a little dry here and a decent smoke is hard to find!
Did you try making any hash?- I'm definitely gna give it a try
