I was reading the Fox Farm nutrient chart incorrectly I was giving my plants 3 milliliters of grow and to Mel of tiger bloom for the past 3 weeks I've been giving them 9 ml of grow big and 5 ml of tiger bloomI'd try and give it another 3 weeks or so for sure.

I doubt that would be much of a factor.
Besides the breeders flowering times being very rough estimates. The estimates are likely referring to mature clones, under 1kw lights, CO2, and all the other trimmings.
Running lower powered lights / blurples, no CO2 etc, it's gonna take longer.
For myself, personally, 3 weeks longer would probably be a minimum.
