THIS is your problem. The ratio is way off. 12-55-6 is too much phosphorus. Excess phosphorus causes nutrient lockout. This is the cause of your yellow leaves.

You want something more like 6-15-10 but really most things are better than 12-55--6 fucking 55p is through the roof. Your plant is being locked out of other key nutrients at these levels.
I knew there was something weird because my other plants were fine but these last two are yellow like I don't feed them
