12 plants in a tent for less than $300 is gonna be tough, considering the equipment involved.
well if possible i’ll spend more if necessary i’m be doing it in a garage
i really want to do 4x4 grow and 4x8 flower what do you recommend

Like the above said, to flower 12 plants you will spend over $300 on just lights. If you could afford a higher budget you might get more advice.

If you go cheap on everything just the tents and exhaust will eat up over $300, but you might want some light

4x4 veg tent - $80
exhaust - $30
4x8 flower tent - $160
Exhaust - $60

Maybe try and find used equipment online....just sterilize the living crap out of it

You can save some $ by making panda film tents.

CFLs work great for mothers/clones and are cheap and plentiful.

You can sog 12 plants in a 4x4 and keep 2-3 mothers and clones in a 2x4.

You will need exhaust fans for each tent.

^ 4x4 lights

Still gonna be over $300 and I hope your garage has A/C... mine's getting over 90* already in so cal... I have lights on at night and off during the day to combat this.

I've grown some fine cheeba with panda film and CFLs in the past, but IMO, I would raise your budget for better equipment and some good tents.

it would help to do some research on your own so you understand how things work. just asking to be told what to do wont get you far, and you'll still be confused. if you really want to grow, start with reading about VPD and determine how you can create/adjust/maintain this environment. patience my young grasshopper
