Help! I think I might have a pest problem.

This is my first grow ever. I think I might have a pest problem. I’m growing in a 2x4x6 gorilla tent using a cloud line t6 / carbon filter with a mars hydro reflector 720w light. I have a humidifier and an oscillating fan. I’m growing autos in a 3 gallon pot using Foxfarm ocean forest soil. I have 3 plants going, 2x Pineapple Express and 1x sucker punch all autos from seedsman. Their are at 30days today. I’ve noticed my leaves having brown spots. I need advice on what this might be. I think I seen one a small fly around the plant. I did some research and think it’s a thrip. I thoroughly checked each leaf for any pests from top, under and the stems. I freaked out and bought neem oil ready to spray bottle. I sprayed the two plants very well that are showing the issues. I need advice if this is really pest or is it some type of deficiency. Mind you I haven’t gave the plants any nutes yet. It’s been a month now and I’ve been only giving them water ph 6.2-.6.6

Im not 100% but i dont think thrips have wings or fly. A small fly would flag for fungus gnats. Neem will help but instead of spraying it water it in the soil for the gnats. Bt-Israelenensis is gold standard for fungus gnats.
I have zero experience with nutrient needs of auto flower.
At a glance,.... the yellow leaf veins ssuggest magnesium needed. The brown spot could be from neem oil. Cold pressed neem oil is 666 or 444 foliar fertilizer as well and can sometimes burn. I prefer clarified neem oil and never have had foliar burns.
The brown spot could also but very unlikely be needing potassium.
