Help!! Massive noob

Ok so I'm growing in what I guess you'd call the off season (outdoor grow), where I'm living atm we've had heaps of rain of the last week and it's been freezing cold, anyways my seedling had been growing in my greenhouse nicely but due to poor weather I decided to put it in a mini greenhouse within my big greenhouse because there was no heat what so ever in there. Yesterday however it was pretty hot and when I got home from work in the evening my seedling was all withered. Is there anything I can do to help revive it?? I'd say the damage is well and truly less than 24 hours. I'm guessing I've over cooked the poor thing. HELP

pix is good, but withered may be dead, if so please start over, avoid the heat place pot in plastic bag and sit close to your modem or top of fridge. anyplace warm-ish is good

Plants can handle a bit hot, or a bit cold, but extreme sudden changes of the two are deadly.

YUP.. Sorry to say she looks like she is a goner bro... I would most defiantly replant you another and start fresh..

Thanks dude, ah well it was fun while it lasted, hopefully one I'll be able to stumble across some more bag seed. That's all I had haha

Use seedling mix next go in a deep 4 inch pot, leave in a warm place at 70f/25c
