Help: Perpetual Grow Setup

For the 5x2 pvc panda film flower room, I have 1 20" box fan exhaust, and one 10" box fan intake temp around 84-89.
And for the closet tent about 3.5x2 I have 3 passive intakes, 6" circulation fan, and 4" Ventech duct fan with 4" ducting exhaust temps around 80-82 so far so good
What lights are in each area? If hid lights, are there air cooled hoods or cool tubes?
I think for your 5x2 area you should use a 6" inline fan with a variac speed controller to tone it down a notch or two. And then for your 3.5 x 2 , a 4" inline fan should do fine. Leave a hole in both areas at the bottom for passive Intakes and pull the Exaust fans out the top. This should be plenty.

I have all CFLs - x4 23w 6500k in closet so it really doesn't get that much heat but in my pvc flower tent I have x7 55w, x3 40w and x4 23w. I agree I need to lower flower temp. I hAve a 6" Ventech but it's really loud for me considerably louder than the 4" in my opinion. I like your ideas but I don't know how to secure a fan to the top of the tent. How much do inline fans cost?

I have hung my fans from the top of the tent connected to a carbon filter. Then direct the duct out the top of the tent.
Vortex fans are very good quality and quieter than most others. More $ too but it's worth it in my mind. You could hang the fan just outside of the tent and run duct into the tent and connect the carbon filter and hang it in the tent. Can use straps or ratcheting light hangers or rope even lol.
Idk what else you have but you should know have an oscillating fan in the corners of each grow spaces blowing air across the top of the canopy in between tops of plants and the lights. Hang the filter/fan right above your lights or just hang the filter in one top corner so it doesn't block the light from hanging at its highest.
