u might wanna make sure shes compatible with the other herbs in your garden "pepperment and such" it will kill or be killed

I wouldn't do anything.

Don't fuck with it.
If it's not broke don't try to fix it and keep doing what you (or your mom) is doing to keep that plant healthy. Just my opinion.
