This is my second grow using ak47 feminized seeds, after the first grow all being female i thought this next grow will be the same, plants are now 5 days on 12/12 after 6 week veg. Today i went to water them and and found a male with pollen sacks which were not there two days ago, so i quickly got that male out, after further inspection, i found two more male, the other two males were not as developed. After leaving the grow room i had a rash on both arms, pollen rash? And now not sure weather pollen sacks that young are able to pollinate my females help please!!

For future reference if you are removing males from a flowering room use a spray bottle and spray them hevily, water will kill the polin.

Well he might not be screwed right, even if there were males if the flowers hadn't bloomed yet they wouldn't have released the pollen would they?

Very good idea also you can cover with a plastic bag as you remove it to prevent pollen from being airborne.

Next time, spray them with water and t6hen put a huge plastic bin bag over them before leaving the room. Also turn the fans off to stop it blowing around. If u get more then I would question whether or not they are hermies from light leakage.

cheers for the advice, i dont think there hermies they have no pistols just sacks and male preflowers, also there at the right temp, right ph, right humidity look green and healthy and are getting the right nutes and there in a grow tent in a dark room so light leakage isnt a problem, but being feminized seeds im not sure why there male

I think you're going to be ok. I'm pretty sure the seeds aren't going to turn you gay. Just do your thing! Seeds = Free seeds!! If you don't want them just PM me and I'll give you an address you can ship them to.

I think you should have left one or at least saved some pollen..that way you would have an endless supply of that strain without having to buy more seeds...so I don't think it is that big of a deal ever...but if you got them early then there shouldn't be an issue...
Is your humidity low? Do you feel it's dry in the area where the plants are? if my plants are really dry and I happen to rub on the undersides of the leaves it will make me feel a little rashy, because something happens at low humidity and the leaves have to deal, and dealing opens the stomata which makes the plants kinda scratchy underneath...if your plant's aren't scratchy and your humidity is not low, then you might just be really sensitive to cannabis as a plant...I have never had any issue other than dry somewhat prickly under leaves scraping me a little...

I don't really see it as a freak out kind of thing...and if they are less than 2 weeks into flower they won't have dropped pollen anyway...so just relax...lol

you may or may not be allergic to the pollen, but it is highly doubted... most likely it was the fine little "spear-like" hairs on the leaves that can itch or scratch the surface of your skin if you handle them alot...

take a look at the leaves with a 30x or more scope and you'll see what im talking about ;)

to the males... no worries, you can if they are potent enough you can keep and dry and use as a "mix" for when you start to run low if you want to so that way you can extend your supply ;)

good luck and enjoy the grow :)
