HELP! please?

Ok, so I'm somewhat of a newb when it comes to growing, i've grown before (5 plants) but ended up fertilizer killing them (im impatient) i have learned to be more patient with this new batch (O.G. kush from a sack) but, i only have one growing right now, i topped it and for "fun" as an experiment i tried to clone it, i used a dixie cup filled with dirt and a peice of cardboard to stop the light on top, i got a bigger container and filled it with water, (the dixie cup has holes in it) set the cup in to the very top and i have been spraying it for about a week now, (keeping the water level high) and i figured it wouldnt show any growth for a while but i didn't think it was growing and the only reason it was staying alive was because of the repetetive spraying of the leaves so i slowly pulled it up and there is a root about as thick as a hair a inch long so im wondering if i should stop spraying the top so the root has to grow, also my mother plant for it is not growing equally, it is growing faster on certain stocks than elsewere, why is this? some leaves in the set of 3 dont grow at all so all it has is 2 leaves, why? it went into the budding cycle to soon so i cut the starter buds off like instructed and put it on 18/6 lighting (i put it on 12/12 to early because of some misreading i did) so it hasnt seemed to grow in a while and some leaves are getting brown in the middle between the veins, why? sorry for all of the questions, just a newb, oh, p.s. i have a seedling on the way : ) and some more soon hope fully but im not sure what seedbank to order from, help? i have adequate lighting for the plants btw, 2 4 footlong shrouds with the lightbulbs in the picture, also 2 aqarium/plant lights (supposedly good for growing) 2 feet long with a heat lamp at the very top of the closet, good ventilation (door open with fan drawing in air, flat white painted wals, whats wrong?!?!?! i seem to be doing everything right... or so i think and also on the o.g. kush plant, what are characteristics, are the plants supposed to have a slight curl in the leaves?

its slow because its reverting to veg. btw, that lighting may work for vegging ok (although i'd use alot more still), but thats nowhere near enough to flower with. I'd suggest you go and pick up some cheap 26w cfls to add, it wont run you more than $30ish and will greatly help your plants, its an investment that wont take long to pay for itself and then everything after that is pure gain.

what should i use to hold the bulbs? i have the bulbs just not the fixture.

seriously, do you have to be that way? could you just help me answer my question?

get a few lightbars, 8 outlet to socket converters, 8 y splitters and 8 2700k 26w and 8 6500k 26w then plug the outlet to sockets into the lightbars, 4 a bar, then screw your y splitters in there and then screw one of each bulb into the y splitters.
