I think the downward curl may be overwatering or overfert or both. I think you should transplant to a bigger pot like you said and get some kind of cheap ph tester from a local store. If you have nute issues, you gotta rule out ph first because some nutes are not available to the plant at certain ph's.
That being said, most of the plant is green, real green, like pretty heavy fert.
This plant does not look bad for 12/12 from seed IMO and you have bud. YOU WILL HARVEST BUD from this plant, so don't worry too much. You're doing pretty good for the first time.
I don't know what your financial situation is, but if you could move the plant into some Fox Farm Ocean Forest, that would be better IMO. Some nutrients, but much more ganja friendly than MG.
