HELP!!Some seeds germinated but others didnt

HELP!! Bought some seeds online... All the Feminized germinated. When I started to see the roots come out I moved those to the dome. One of the 4 looks great. I killed one by accicdent. I tried to move it where the root was not showing. had no growth or movement so when I checked the horn broke assuming it is dead now. The other 2 look like they are growing upside down in plug i can see the little leaves and green inside the plug is this ok? Next my other srains that I moved to dome are not doing nothing significant. The one female plant that looks good has aboout two inches with leaves.
My other problem is that not sure why some of my other seeds are not germinating. after about 5 days in the paper towel and plastic bag on has cracked and started to see the horn. I have another that has cracked where you can see the white horn but has not done nothing more in the last 24-36 hours what should I do? also have another patch that has not germinated not sure why beging to think some light maybe getting in the box not sure? Would some dim light hurt or stop germination also the papertowels are always cold when I check them is that hurting them? The ones that did not germinate I took and put in a bowl of water under my bed (where I put all of them) one started to crack so I moved it back to the papertowl and plastic bag was that wise? Need help.. Gonna buy another heat mat for seeds other one is under dome

Just plant your seeds directly in a cup of medium. Pre germing only opens the door for additional issues..........and no, light dim or bright will not affect germination.....

What about the ones that don't have a stem but looks like growing inside plug is that ok will it eventually grow out of it... See the leaves in the plug.. If the towels are cold is that ok

No get a heat mat, cold slows germination. Plant the ones with tongues hanging out. The ones growing under the soil, you will have to correct it or the tap root will grow upside down and it will die.

n0t all seed will germinate if they dnt germinate after 10 days in a damp t0wel in a dark area then 9/10 they will n0t gr0w and are deffective seeds

If the leaves are all scrunched inside the rockwool, it's not gonna make it. Trash, try again.

The first of 4 seeds to pop of mine was the one I just stuck in a glass of water next to a candle. (Note this was a WHITE seed and I did not think it would go.) So far its the only one to have sprouted out of the medium......hmmm So how true is this the seed has to be brown? It was this bag seed of this amazing Romulan I had awhile back. Will I have any problems since the seed was white? I am sure it was a cannabis seed yes. When it germinated in the cup the root never shot out, it more like just swelled up huge, I got tired of waiting threw it in some medium and 2 days later bam. Now my lil guy is an inch long.

How or what should I do to fix the problem not sure how I should fix?

I went back and checked the plug it looks like the leaves have not fully gotten all the way out the shell... Two more have cracked moved to the medium.... Can my plugs be to saturated with the water? I have one plant that looks real good. It's about 2 inches with fan leaves i did the same with this as I did the rest. Not sure what to do I have another 4 seeds that have not done anything it has now been 6 days
