Hi I've started my first grow in my closet. Im starting cheap and working my way up for the time being I have 2 cfl bulbs on my single plant(og Kush) bought the clone from a club id say 1 week old planted in a gallon milk jug as of today 4 days old in my possetion I'm going to be straight with you I'm a broke person and trying to benefit myself by growing my own. I will be getting a hps 150 watt system maybe a week to buying the a week for shipping. She seems to be doing good lots of growth roots can be seen on the bottom of the container and not one its quite a few a leaf had to be pulled wasn't looking good heat stress got it and shock.

Here is the set up 2 round bowl reflectors(like lizard fixtures) 2- 5000k cfl bulbs very close to plant but about an inch away walls are foil heat blankets so real shiny and reflective a fan On low not shaking the plant all wind like but some movement a mirror to look at herself of coarse lol also planning on getting a bubble boy unit not sure on what application I'll be getting but I'm workn on it. I'd just like some general tips on how to take care of her right I've also given it a very small amount of guano waterd down and lightly flushed Also compost was added in the soil. So please help me out let me know if this sound at least 50 percent good I'm also working on getting some pics of her thanks

:-)
no nutes till 3-4 weeks of good veg growth. Get rid of any mirror in there, they are not reflectors and you do want some of the fan on the plants which will make them stronger in the base so in theory they can hold up the monster weight of your buds.

Make sure you have drain holes in that milk carton (assuming you do since it's sitting in a pot) - looks great! Welcome!

how do i topp this plant ive read at the second node do i pinch it or cut it off? definatly holes in the bottom with good looking root growth ill include some in next weeks photo update hopefully with new lights

node growth ^^^^^^^^also what height would you experienced or knowledgeable growers agree when to flower my space is about 5 feet this may be a problem with the heat of a hps light that i got my eye on.

depends on what light you flower with, you will have to have some ventilation or leave closet door open for hps

another thing to remember clear plastic can hurt root growth so put some tape around it so no light gets to the roots,also when you get ready to transplant put some gravel at the bottom for better drainage,you can get some of those window reflectors for cars front widow and use that around the plant it's a better reflector than foil or mirror and as for nute use the least amount I used ff but like .07 ml to start off it won't hurt the plant and it's a low enough dosage to help without the burn I do this on several clones about 1 week after the 3rd set of leaves.

just back from osh got the test levels are 7.0 light green neutral

also got flora nova one part grow 7-4-10 when should i feed it.

aslo got flora nova one part bloom 4-8-7 not using this untill flowering right

transplanted today into a big container my girl had roots every were she definatly wanted more room

second soil test is it in a good range i have a ph up\down kit if need be

Lights on the way feeding very small amount of neuts to break her in 1 more week and I'll double the full in 2 more weeks also noticed a root coming out the bottom of my planter is this usual? I figured she knows were the water is also my light is coming with a pane of glass how far should it be from my plant I've been reading and there's mixd reviews so idl

Massive growth with the hps she grew out 4 bottom branches in a week idk how to explain the growth it's going good she's 15" tall I'm letting her grow for another week before I go 12/12 also so I can buy a timer light ran me broke

A milk jug will let light in on the roots. I'd lose that ASAP.
