Help!! Undiagnosed Problem for outdoor babies.

I tried to find some answers in the plants problems forum but apparently no one knows what this is afflicting my beauties. The plants are outdoors so I thought I might try it here. I could sure use a little help b4 the problem gets out of hand so in a nutshell, HELP!!!!

It doesn't look like Neem oil has helped much if at all. It "may" even be spreading even with the application of the Neem. I sure would be appreciative of some ideas as to what it is and how to eliminate. Just like the bills in the Mailbox this is a time sensitive issue. Thanks Budski's!!

What are you seeing as the problem? the white shit? can't tell from pic if that is spider web or water droplets ..the purple looks perfectly normal..some purp looks so dark is appears black ..that is fine..but the white stuff ? get a better pic of it when it is dry.

If there are mulberry trees nearby it could be bird shit with the berries in them. An annual happening. Purple stains all over. More likely strain related though. Not mold so ignore the calls to start cutting.

I have already told its a root system pathogen/toxic problem(not 100% sure what), its not looking any better this week and the new growth is terrible which 9 times out of 10 indicates root damage/problems .
ive also noticed bugs are starting to eat it as a sick plant has little resistance.

Could be phosphorus but the purpling usually hits older leaves and he is giving bloom nutes. If it's the strain, it should become clear in a couple of days as the leaves grow out healthy (hopefully).

What kind of bugs are eating at it? Because that could just be a coincidence. I have a little bit of "hungry bug damage" and no sick plant. The colder weather could have something to do with it as well. I know that in colder weather most any strain could start purpling (I did a bit of research on it because I'm getting a few purple leaf stems), as a result of chlorophyll breaking down and the anthocyanin pigment appearing. Also, as many people are saying, it could be strain. My first ever grow was of some Blueberry and I had a freak plant go almost purple black on me. Scared the living shit out of me. Almost killed it, but instead plucked a bud, dried it in my food dehydrator, and then got retarded.
However, as with everyone else's answers, this is all mere speculation. Do let us know what becomes of this one, either way. And I hope that whatever it is, she is well, and fully matures.

I just can't cipher this out. Maybe these pics are a little better but IDK if it helps at all...HELP!!
It doesn't wipe off and it's not moist or slimy and I don't believe its to much ot to little nutes. It does now seem to be spreading but only the Super Silver and the Budda Tahoe are affected. Not a spot of whatever it is on a Cheese, OG #18 or Delahaze.
I was using an Alaskan nute which I think was 5-2-2 and was starting to hit them with a Blossom Booster at 1-5-5. I then hit them with a water soluble Peter's 10-10-10 because I thought it might be more readily available to the girls but that did not change anything. I stopped using Neem oil but I don't think it was staining them and I stopped all foliar feeding..
The plants and newbie baby buddage show no twisting or distortion and the plants as a whole look fine.
They are 5ft plus and stout but they are also in 15 gallon tree pots and not in the ground so the roots might be a little bit bound so could that be the problem?? Could stress caused by bound roots be the problem?
It has been suggested that nutes might be locked out rather than utilized.

Thanks guys and gals and all advise or suggestions would be more than welcomed! Rock On fellow boneheads. HELP!!

Hey Rotted.

Things Look ok to me... But let me ask, it doesn't rub off right? And it does look internal/part of the leaves and buds?
These are guerrilla grown? What's the soil make up?(ever do a soil test?) what's the ph of soil, and the water used?
(hydrangeas change from white to blue to pink, depending on the soils it's grown in..same principles could apply.)
How have the temps been, since onset of issue?

I'd like to help man, gimme something more to go on! :)
