Hi everybody, I'm starting a small indoor garden. Set up was easy but now I'm having trouble with my pump and reservoir set up.
I have four 5 gal buckets, set up approx 1.5 ft between them, I have a 5 gal res(getting a larger one). The 4 buckets are connected with 1/2 PVC making an H pattern between then and inside each there is a PVC cross with 8 sprayers (2 on each leg) so a total of 32 little red sprayers. The buckets are suspended about 10 inches above the floor (so the water can drain back to the res.)
So that's the set up,
I bought a submersible 250 gph pump, put it in, and it would barely trickle water out of any of the jets.
So I bought a 1000gph submersible pump, SAME exact thing. It takes a few minutes, and then the water starts to slowly circulate, but still only trickling
I then ordered a high pressure pump, rated at 80psi and 1.something lpm, it's 12 volt so I'm in the process of hooking it up and everything.
I'm asking on any tips or help, or maybe some real pumps, idk. But this has already taken my fairly large investment to a screaming halt until I can get a pump that works like I need it too. Any help is appreciated
