Help !

So the first picture the good plants seem to be popping back up slowly , the second picture the 2 sick plants still dont look any different it's now been about 2 days now, if they were gonna pop back up would they do it by now ? And should I attempt to add any fertilizer to maybe help them

I thought the same thing , so I have them all a healthy amount lastnight I will post a pic soon of how they look they gotta be over or underwatered
 
Should I take clones off these last 2 plants before they die? The other 2 I believe are dead and these are looking like they're about to I wanna save something if I can

Did you say they are in the basement ? ..on a concrete floor ?
Raise them up off the floor about 6" or more if you can.
I can't remember what the problem with my friends were exactly, but he had similar issues and after they were raised they started growing again...think it may of had something to do with temp and moisture, but can't remember atm.
 
I watered them well I'll let them be for a while , I propped the pots off the ground 4 inches to also help the fabric pot drained they felt wet at the bottom but where do you recommen the light? I have it at 24" above canopy
