I agree but for me watering in the centre of root system is useless. I speak from my experience. Maybe there is a better way. I would say is also dangerous for root rot and if the center of root system is overwatered can hold the moist for over 10 days and the plant shows overwatering symptoms even if the pot is complete dry. That's how I killed lots of plants in my first grow.

Then either your pots are way too big for the plants, or your medium is too compacted and/or without enough aeration.
A pot should never still be wet after 10 days.
I used 11L plastic pots. Center of root system never dried. The plant always looked overwatered. I also transplanted. Nothing worked. Right now I have 17L fabrics. Love these things. Can't be overwatered also can show you airy spots in the medium. Plants are not supposed to grow in plastic anyways. They need to breath.
My eight years of indoor and 30 years of outdoor growing state that plastic pots work perfectly fine, and I don't think I'll find another grower who will back you up on that.
Don't you realize the entire face of the pot is open, with holes in the bottom that provide adequate air exchange, so long as you haven't gone and packed your soil in too tight, or not added Perlite or something to ensure adequate drainage and aeration?
