Was it burnt like that before you flushed it or did it occur after.? It looks like nute burn to me. It would take more than 2 days to heal.

Before I flushed it. It's developed more damage to the lower area after the 2 days since I flushed it.

Those leaves will get worse, die and fall off most likely.
They look burnt. Overfed.
New growth looks good.
How's your PH?

It may continue to get worse for awhile, but should recover. Wouldn't hurt to flush more than once to get the salts out.
