I flipped the lights 2 weeks ago There hairs everywhere so I quess it's not going to be a problem budding just got the red cfl 200 watt it's going in today. I know the cool blue do still bud as nine flowering lovely

What do you mean you cant have a fan. Not even a small one? I would find a way to get a fan cause when your plants are of any size and they start putting on any weight from budding your plants are gonna fold in half like a wet noodle from lack of stalk strength. Are those 200 watt equivalent or actual 200 watt? Do you have a thermometer in the room? What are co2 tablets?
Co2 tablets you put to into a cup of water and it slowly releases co2 into the tent I do put the fan on for 20 mind but that's all there budding on the 250 cfl cool blue but it seems slow it's 14 days I flipped the lights 12/12 I just got another 200 watt cfl red for flowering and fruiting could I mix that in the same grow tent which would give me slot more light both will have a cover on my temperature is 84
