Hey guys have a girl outside in Canada. First frost is suppose to be September 12th which is 5.7 weeks away. My girl is in flowering with lots if hairs all over, but you cant even see noticable buds. Do you think this is long enough to get anything?? Thanks

sounds like you should finish just in time. and a SMALL frost is accually good for the plant cause it stresses it into maybe making more trigs. this happened to my plants last year and it turned out good

Just hang in there. Check them out when at first frost. If it didn't do any damage leave them out, especially if the days are still getting warm. A cold, hard frost can ruin the whole crop, though, so keep your eye on the weather report when the time is drawing near.

I got something planned out to protect her from the frost. It is big piece of plywood that goes overtop of my girl, then I can play a couple thick blankets ontop when it gets frosty out, and take it off early mourning so she doesnt suffocate. So I should be able to keep her out a bit long after first frost.

Sounds like a good plan. The blankets can breathe well, and you could also put some containers full of hot water in the little tent to keep temperatures up. Keep the containers closed if humidity is a factor.
