Yeah, you usually get at least ONE good female if you plant 3 or more. If I don't get at least 2 females from the other 5 seeds I might write Nirvana or Seed Boutique a quick email and see if there were any reported problems from this batch. I've heard of them hooking ppl up before with this kind of luck, lol.That is some rotten luck.

So when I went into the garden this morning I opened the door surprised to see total darkness. YUP, the garage circuit blew a fuse! So, according to my timers, It has been dark and cold since 2am. I robbed my girls of a day of sunshine basically. The lights come on at 10pm so they only had 4 hours of light before the power loss.
I knew I should have used the washing machine outlet to plug in that second heater for the veg room! dang it!
It's gut wrenching when this type of shit happens.

yeah I don't think it's a huge deal either this time. at least I know now I'm within 1200w of my power limit under normal conditions and not to push it. honestly though the last thing I thought about as I left the room last night was plugging the second heater into the washing machine outlet which has it's own dedicated circuit. wont make that mistake again!

Have you thought of upgrading the service to your room?
What about just running everything on 2 circuits instead of one?

So the girls sure loved that extra dark period. They sucked up that rez water and grew like WEEDS! Wish I had good news to report about the seeds/clones. 10 days on the first set of cuttings and still no obvious signs of roots and lots of yellowing. Soaked 7 seeds in paper towels 4 days ago, only 3 cracked so far. I'm going to give the rest 3 more days, but Nirvana seeds usually crack within 48hrs in my experience. We'll see...

Yeah, I should clarify, I don't actually go down to the park and buy herb from Pedro or Jamal, I have my card and buy from caregivers. But their prices are determined by the going street rate. Can't wait to smoke some home grown cheese!Amen Brother!

So I had to make some changes to the room this week. The smell was becoming a problem. I almost shit my pants the other night when I got home from work. As soon as I got out of my car the smell of fresh ganja ran over me like a freight train! I had to stop using my exhaust fan to vent my lights and use it strictly for the carbon filter. I don't think I need ventilation for 600w lights in a room this size anyway. Also, I added Co2 to the mix.
