Laws regarding the storage of firearms? How will it be enforced? Nightly visits by the Gendarme to ensure you are within the law?

i have a stable life. i would have my choice of weapon restricted, my right to carry restricted, the amount of ammo i can carry restricted, etc.
i'm not suggesting that it should be a free for all but gun control legislation has done nothing to make anyone feel any safer except in their own minds.

Being brought up in a different culture makes it impossible to see it from the American point of view

Sounds awfully threatening to me, why so violent? You do realize you would lose the fight right? Your foot vs a Large caliber bullet going 2300+ feet per second= you lose.
What if the guy coming to rape your children, kill you and kill your wife has a gun? What you gonna do then?

yes "filtration" is so much less confrontational than "Restriction" or "Regulation" or "Seizure"
what kind of stability would be required? and how would one PROVE they are stable enough to own guns?
I propose we not allow ownership of firearms to anyone who makes threats to beat people up over the internet. even if the treat is laughably ridiculous.

Haha, and that day in Fontana, there were probably more guns on the street then tires on the road. Ok, maybe not tires, but cars would be a safe bet.
I agree, filtration will help, but it should be at the Dr's Office, not the sporting goods counter. Erectile dysfunction get more attention then Mental Health....
