they both told the same lie...now this is what the creator said...Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
Gen 2:17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die ... so creator said they would die.. now here is what the serpent said...
Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

now here is what that man jesus said...
Joh 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? the serpent and that man jesus both told the same lie.:arrow::arrow::arrow::dunce::dunce::dunce::dunce::wall::wall: you will not die!!!

... the bible is full of crazy shit, I don't think you're getting the point of the stories though. Most of that shit is analogies and symbolism. Draw your own conclusions from your life an nature and don't worry about finding inconsistencies in an old ass book. It was written by people anyways.

...funny thing. We 'know' that God is immaterial. So, who the heck would be writing sacred scriptures other than people? You'd think that He'd need intermediaries, of sorts, with the biomechanics necessary to fulfill the task. I think that might be 'people', so far as I can see

I'm not sayin God doesn't use intermediaries, my point was that people are not perfect, and their work is sometimes corrupted by personal agenda.
