Hey guys n gals

Didn't know if we have to do an intro or not but anyway - hi everybody! Long time smoker here and new grower - got a couple grows in over the last couple of years and this year decided to make an all in one 8x8 room with a pantry sized cab for drying, a dresser sized cab for veg next to that, and a big screen tv size cab for clones on top of the veg cab with a bit of storage also on top of veg cab and a portable ac next to that - the rest is for the full on ladies - hoping to get as good of quality I've ever seen but we will see! I'm real proud of the room tho so I'll brag on that just a bit more - did the whole thing myself with 2x4 and 2x6 anchored to concrete and a steel entry door - whole floor is a shower pan with drain, insulated fully, whisperline inline exhaust fan, phresh filters, 3x 20a breakers + 1 15a, wiring, switches, outlets all in walls that are firecode Sheetrock, cut a hole in the roof over that for a solar exhaust.. 100% all by my self. Ok.. 98% - some ppl may have helped moving plywood and Sheetrock In and onto the ceiling - thx to them Ok.. I'm done.. For now all that being said I'm glad to help anyone that has build questions and this was a semi plug for my other post in plant problems o and I almost forgot - the frame and wiring looked like this

Very nice setup! Electrical looks very professionally done, and I especially like how you've run a drain... you can route that anywhere, especially if you waterproof the entire floor (even use it as a drain back to a resevoir thinking in bigger terms).

What are you encapsulating the walls/space with?

Hey thanks! That electrical was a pain in the ass with 0 experience - a few hours on YouTube and a couple more hours with pen and paper and many more hours with a drill and shovel.. uggggh.. But ya gotta do what ya gotta do right? The floor is now sloped to the drain and covered in vinyl but not for a res or anything like that.. I'm a soil grower for now so it's just to keep the runoff from damaging anything and drains to a bucket I just pour out after I water. And the walls is just regular r-13 insulation with 1/4" foam board over the fiberglass side mainly to keep fiberglass from blowing around until I put up plywood over that and then Sheetrock on the inside. Will for sure keep posted and got a thread going already for my first issue I'm having this grow. We all know the ladies can sometimes be sensitive

A quick, cheap fix instead of boarding would be to staple up mylar. I bought a 100x4' roll at my local grow shop for $50. Solves your holding the fibreglass in, and also is the best reflective surface there is (water and mold proof too!... just tape the staple holes).

You've got things definitely together here. Very good job!
