I wish I had got the 1000 watt dimmable instead of the 600 watt. There are times in the winter when the extra heat wouldn't matter. But the 600 produces more than I use anyway. I end up giving half or more of my harvests away as it is so more is not really a big thing with me.

Dimmable ballasts are ideal, I can get through all the stages with 2 ballasts 250, 400,600, 1000w + 10% boost.
I buy separate bulbs I don't dimm hps purely for efficiency and you can't or shouldn't dim a M-H apparently dimmed they produce a lot of green light.

Yea mines the dimmable but in small tent the heat is too much get above 34 bro the plants start curling lol, and same here m8 iv got a nice persy jar I keep topped up and the rest I'm happy to let people try

Iv got the MH bulb but never used it lol, do they make that much difference

Do you have any natural light?
I can't see any so I'm assuming not, I see myself and others nearly sitting the light on top of the plants loosely speaking, I've seen similar to yours in Holland where distance to the light could be halfed but isn't?

If you can shed any light on the subject?

But seriously I'm interested in how your plants look great with the light distances that would give tent growers a cold sweat.

A large portion goes into fertilizer here to remain legal. Even replaces a 12 pack when I visit med users. Come on full legalization049.jpg.

I think a lot of people are mislead by some myth about whatever (growlux UK) bulbs having blue in there spectrum and suitable for veg and flower, well it is sort of in the same as your tent doubles as wardrobe lol thumbs

Well I'm by no means a pro but I have mixed cmh and Led for the idea that the buds will use the cmh to grow up tall and fat while using the spectrums of both to provide great penetration, also I think the plants will get to about the tobs of those tables and theres only about a foot of distance left above that so if I get a 12-24 inch distance I hope I'll be ok, I also have a bunch of air movement up top to drive the heat away from the cmh to allow my plants to climb closer. I do alot of thinking, idk if it's TRUE though
