Doesn't make sense. The email supposedly is a solicitation from another seed bank vendor. Also, I'm an American who has purchased from Attitude, and I didn't receive any such email...
There is really only one solution. It's the one thing that we can all do to hurt them and teach them a lesson.
BOYCOTT.
We need to start a thread, and tell everyone to BOYCOTT Attitude until we get some answers. Let's face it, nobody NEEDS to order from Attitude, we just like to because of their selection. But there are plenty of other reputable seed banks. Just because they are the biggest doesn't mean they don't have to play by the rules.
BOYCOTT ATTITUDE SEED BANK FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF MAY. NO PROMO ORDERS, NO NOTHING.
I guarantee you, they will not only respond to us, they will beg us to come back. Nobody order this weekend, nobody order until June. You can all wait a few weeks to scratch that itch.
BOYCOTT! SPEAK WITH YOUR WALLETS. SHOW THEM HOW MUCH THEY NEED US AND DEMAND ANSWERS.
It's the only thing we can actually do that will result in some action. Forget lawsuits, or "strongly worded e-mails".

That's funny, they used the same order# for mine.
Same here . . There's some weird connection between RUI and the Attitude, does everybody here who got this mail have acounts on both RUI and Attitude using same email adress?
Maybe this proves something

I searched on another site like RIU and found no mention of this. It adds credence to the RIU/Attitude theory. BUT, RIU does not have the address where I received it.....

Good luck but I doubt they will even realize it...I have already boycotted them for a totally unrelated occurrence and I know they will never notice it and neither will this be noticed but if thats your plan of action it is laughable at best...and pretty easy for you to say and do as I doubt you have ever placed a seed order from anywhere
This is really crazy...All of you have received unsolicited emails from companies you have never even heard of and without so much as a second thought just marked them as spam...No one wanting to boycott or sue or whatever other absurd bs being contemplated here....and they all do it all the time, sell your info and share it....Your isp has EVERYTHING YOU DO ONLINE LOGGED....EVERYTHING...what are you going to do about that??
Just smoke a bowl jay or vape chill enjoy your plants and stop worrying about this ...it is nothing...

You're free to leave RIU when ever you like, that way you can at least take that out of the equation

Well, Skataman raised an interesting question. Is the email that you got spam from the same one that you're registered to RIU with. I didn't get the spam, but my RIU and 'Tude emails are different.
