It looks to me like your plants are not getting enough light! If you had that one plant in the corner where it gets the least light for a while it might have caused it to try and start budding.
What kind of lights are you using/how many/how close? If those little CFL bulbs are your only light, they need to be closer! You also might want to get more than just 2 of them for that many plants. I don't know if that's all your lights or not, but that's all I can see in the pictures.
Also, with fluorescent lightbulbs, you need to get them REALLY close to the plants because the light does not penetrate very far out of that type of lightbulb. Depending on how hot those get, you can put them as close as 1-2 inches away from the tops of your plants.
See how close you can hold your hand to those bulbs for one whole minute without it feeling hot. A little warm is OK, just not hot. Then move the lights closer to that distance that you measured. You want them as close as you can without it being too hot!
