Holes in my jane

I love had some hole or deteriation in my leafs. Any ideas. I see no bugs? Anybody had this happen. Other then that they are healthy. 5 gal buckets. 7 weeks old

No idea kinda looks like what caterpillars do to my outdoor garden lol looks pretty big to be spider mites but it could be. Sorry I can’t be of more help but I would bet it’s some type of pest

No caterpillars here maybe someone will reply whose had this problem in the past. I'm just worriedabout it spreading. I've ordered neem oil

Check under the pots, perhaps its earwigs'

use a magnifying glass and inspect everywhere
