House and Garden Roots Excelurator Question

Does the Roots Excelurator from House and Garden expire? I recently purchased a 250 ml bottle online and on the excess print (print other than the product info. such as the print on milk cartons that depict expiration dates) it reads random numbers to 250/10. The 250 may represent the quantity (250 ml) but that 10 right next to it is bothering me. I tried calling House and Garden but they didn't answer. Does anyone have any insight to this? Thanks for any input in advance!

Does it work ,and if so I'm using ocean forest soil how long should I wait to use it on my clones.

I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet and I don't want to risk using it on my mothers unless someone gives me the green light and clarifies whether or not Root Exceleratur expires or not, but if you were to possess a fresh bottle of Root Exceleratur, I've heard excellent reviews from it. As far as usage goes, you should be able to use it every feeding (1.1 ml/gal.) veg. to half way into flowering.
