This is serious Canadian news. My neighbour here in Barrhaven has had several lights stolen by these critters. I could be next, and I need to take proactive action against this serious criminal activity. It's the burbs, so I can't shoot them for it. Any suggestions?
Put a pet tracker in one of the bait bulbs, use yer cell phone and reclaim your stash, replace them with peanuts and they will be none the wiser. Ya gotta use yer advantages and outsmart the critters, they don't know you can by these things on Amazon, there's yer tactical advantage!

I did not know that it was his birthday. . . . .

From wiki wiki: James Douglas Morrison (December 8, 1943 – July 3, 1971) was an American singer, songwriter and poet, who served as the lead vocalist of the rock band The Doors. Due to his wild personality, poetic lyrics, widely recognized voice, unpredictable and erratic performances, and the dramatic circumstances surrounding his life and early death, Morrison is regarded by music critics and fans as one of the most iconic and influential frontmen in rock history. Since his death, his fame has endured as one of popular culture's most rebellious and oft-displayed icons, representing the generation gap and youth counterculture.[2]

MORE Act's passage is a big deal, so says the East Bay Express in this excellent article:

https://www.eastbayexpress.com/oakland/more-acts-passage-is-a-big-deal/Content?oid=31258709

Excerpt:

Even if the Senate doesn't change hands, though, the House's historic move will prove to be powerful for another reason that goes beyond symbolism: the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report, which gets written any time a congressional committee passes a bill that impacts taxes and spending.

The CBO finally issued that report on Friday—more than a year after the MORE Act passed out of the Judiciary Committee—estimating if the MORE Act were to become law, the government would take in about $13.7 billion in net revenue over the next decade.
