How am i doing so far?

Here is an update from my last thread. They have recovered from over watering and seem to be doing nicely although still a bit small for 1 month old. When should i start giving light strength nutes? A few of the leaves do have nute burn at the tips, but it was from foilar feeding 1/4 strength nutes for 2-3 days when i thought they were dying. That was a few weeks ago. Growth in the last week has been great. Seeing new growth every other day. Watering schedule is every 2-3 days with a very light watering...almost no runoff just a few drops out the bottom.

Man I really don't want to discourage you but mine looked like that at 4 to 6 days. Sorry, If I was you I'd find some new seeds & start a new grow, and start them in something small..
..here's 2 of my babies both at 8 days...

They are pretty small. I definitely would NOT start over. You've got a month in em and they look alright. Start giving them a little bit of nutrients, maybe half of the recommended veg schedule. A little goes a long ways. Maybe consider watering a little more volume a little less frequently. Water about once a week, and feed every other watering.

They look ALOT better than they did at 3 weeks man. If they've come that far in 1 week then maybe think about vegging another 3-5 weeks. If they grow as well as they have been for another month then you'll have some nice looking plants before you switch.

+rep for them looking 10x better

GL with these ones

how can anyone say start over? the plants look fine. don't fertilize yet. it's still too early. my only suggestion is to mb add a little lime. everyone seems to forget that. otherwise you'll be aok:)

I think they look just fine, even if they're a little small for their age. They look like they're just getting ready to take off. I think some nutrients would do them good because they been in those pots for a month already. Your watering schedule should be based on how often the soil dries out. You let it dry and then you water them again because they need their oxygen. What kind of soil are you growing those in?

Soil is Hortibec organic potting soil from home depot. Cut with 35% perilte and 15% vermiculite roughly hand mixed. Started in solo cups, got overwatered, and transplanted too early(2 weeks after sprouting) causing shock. Hence the slow initial growth. Im watering lightly when the soil is dry 2-3 inches down at the edge of the pot which is about 2-3 days with light watering, or a week with heavy watering till dry. They got alot heathier with more frequent and light waterings. I almost killed them by watering heavy then waiting a week.

Agreed, do not start over whatsoever. They look fine, and will take a lil' bit of time for you to gauge their needs/wants.. and once you learn to 'read' the plants, you can do it almost blindly (save major catastrophe hidden in the pot/res tank as appropriate) If you fert now, you could burn `em, and that wouldn't work out so hot. Here's a lil' crash course to troubleshooting - when in doubt, consult with those on the board here for further input. That's the best way to try to work it out for yourself, get hands-on, and still have guidance so you dont murder your crop.

Crash course:
