How are you cooking your turkey?

I know, granny would be so disappointed  I keep a pan with water and beer under the bird to keep it moist, may use a little less liquid in that pan, so that its mainly drippings by the time the turkey is finished. Make a gravy with that and see if it tickles my fancy. Picked up this luxurious gravy boat at Goodwill a month of 2 ago, knew it would shine on Thanksgiving :bigjoint:

I’m stuffing a boneless quail inside a boneless Cornish hen, then stuffing that inside a pheasant, then stuffing that inside a chicken, then stuffing that inside a duck, then stuffing that inside a goose, then stuffing that inside a turkey.

I call it a turgoosduchickantishuail
That sounds too much like a Mayan deity, so I’m just gonna ask how the turbofucken turned out.

Nice spread!!! I bought about 8 of the 9x12 aluminum foil pans and a bunch of dollar serving spoons  I didn't get a chance to take pictures, these vultures pounced on the food before I finished sitting it on the counter. We were hungry :bigjoint: Here was the turkey right when I put it on the smoker.

A lot of “Pyrex” is actually stressed glass. Once in a while it comes apart. The released potential energy is considerable.
