Yes bho is the best way. Well, quitting for like a year might be good too, but seriously lol. If you're like me and are a regular smoker, changing up the strain u smoke might make a little difference, but 10-20% thc is 10-20% thc no matter what kind of bud its in. Bho is damn near pure thc. If you have tried it, u would know its the best if u haven't tried it, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! lol
