Seriously dude, Drop any hydrogen peroxide theory ya have. Your plants look like shit because you're not giving the roots what they need. Which is proper nutrients. NPK?

I have had mine on 24 x , now I need to get them outside but I am afraid they will flower, do you have any idea how to transition them from 24 x to a outside schedule? I have been adding 15 minutes of darkness more every night . Any ideas? I don’t want them to flower in June

H202 is perfectly safe for plants. Can be used in a pinch to provide a shot of oxygen to a dieing root system.
This goes for literally all plants. H202 is water with an extra oxygen molecule. Harmless to plants.
Germinating with h202 has been proven to increase germination speed and rate.
