... your question is horribly vague.
totally depends on the strain... but i assume youre wondering why your plant isnt finishing? pics... a description... something?

15 weeks flower...unless you've an extreme sativa you're risking your plants going hermie naturally and covering your tent/room in man-plant gak. Even most sativas should be done by 15 weeks tho I would've thought.

Fix your ph and calm down on the nutes.
