How long can a plant go without water?

Will a week without water kill them easily, or do they (like most plants) have a mechanism for living through a dry spell?

Really depends on where their parents came from. It's all genetics,but roughly a plant can go through a dry spell about a few days to a week if the air conditions are right.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
