Been foiliar misting /spraying for a few weeks now. I can't turn the lights off, as per they are under 24/0 cycle. I haven't burned them, as of yet. I don't feed them nutes, just Ph water. I'm using mg soil, so no nuts needed ( right now).

Here, at RIU, we call this a thread hijack. Maybe you should look into starting your own thread. Not being rude, bro, but I had a question, so I started a thread ( I've also done some research...try it!).

I'm keeping the HID at 15 in above, I have to large circulating fans, and plenty of ventilation. I'm not concerned with heat issues, at all...my main concern is with my soil...mg...and nutes. Been using very very minimal amounts every so often, but have found a slight nute burn on tips of leaves. When flowering, I know to use more P than N, but is any really necessary with the mg soil?

No truth to that. You can keep a plant in veg theoretically for over a year if you have the space, which most don't. I am growing WW and vegged for 3 weeks before I switched them over to a 12/12 light cycle.
How tall were they and how many true nodes when you switched to flowering?
