One of the nicest outdoor runs I’ve ever grown had like 0 thc. For outdoor it had damn near 10/10 bag appeal but had zero buzz. Happens. Still paid for my first year of college though haha.

I only choose reliable genetics, that have many reviews on net and grow diaries , i choosed OG kush from dinafem, that is supposed to be very potent, so the first try with og kus i bought this light because it was summer https://cre.science/en/product/the-halo-fluxengine-x4/ i have used it always at 30cm , but i think im supposed to use it at 40 cm, altough i asked the manufacturer and he said 30 cm is ok , but some people on this forum are saying 30cm might be overkill. It was summer 33c in tent on days 100 after flip all flowers in 4 plants had a lot of white pistils, i gave up on day 110 because the pistils were white, and i tough this is because of the heat the crop is fucked( thrichomes also didnt mature to amber, tried samples from all plants none got me high

. So i gave up strain is supposed to take 55 days from breeders point of view , from my investigation (grow diaries) it takes about 69 days , day 110 i choped and throw to garbage

. This time i have good temperatures 23C and today on day 89 after flip i have all brown pistils , thrichomes are almost all milchy , less then 5% amber, altough i got better times , the standard remember is 69 days im 20 days longer then that at this point and buds dont get me high , so much work and money invested and i dont even know the reason for this to happen .

I only have 2 clues, i gave in all grow just 50% of the recommended dose of organic nutrients full line from biobizz, and i discovered recently that 50% is not enough and got some def. from that , and also discovered they tolerate well 100% dose .

And the 2nd clue is my lights are to powerful to use at 30cm, im blasting the plants with >1200 PPFD as show in the link values at 40cm in a 60x60 are already to high, could that be the reason for slow maturing

I mean , im even with fear of trying to grow again , if i could only find what caused the buds to not get me high

I understand you chose what you think are reliable genetics. That's good. I was asking if it's the only strain/genetics you've grown?

Did you keep growing seeds from the same pack? First grow didn't get you high you gave up on day 110, also OG Kush?. You tried another grow with the same genetics, and this time it doesn't get you higher either, right?

Are the seeds from the same exact pack? I mean breeders are people too, they make mistakes. Maybe one pack of seeds got mislabeled. If you keep having the same issue with one strain, I'd sure as hell switch up the strain before I decided it was the light.

I just thought of something tho. Did the plant look unhealthy the whole grow? Red stems? When I tried to grow under an led I messed it up pretty bad by running temps too low and not adjusting my feeding. The light was just simply too strong and I didn't realize it so didn't dim it. Was some of the worst weed I've grown, still had some buzz tho.

But if I read your post right your under 200 watts of led in a 3x3 foot tent. So I doubt it's too powerful, I had 320 of quantum boards in my 3x3 and atleast with the spacing on the boards I had it was too much on full power.

I'd order a new pack of seeds, keep the temps above 82, and add cal mag if needed.

Yes same genetics but different packages, bought with 3 months diference

I think its entirely possible you're too close. The UV in the light could be killing the THC. My HPS lights are nearly 60 cm above my plants and my crap genetics got me ripped

why do you believe the us is “killing” thc? Uv increases thc production. Hps will generally give off uv spectrums more so depending on the bulb used.

So you grow the strain. Gives you no high. You reorder the same seeds again? Gives you no high again. That doesn't make any sense. If it was me, after the first time I never would have even considered buying from them again. Where did you buy the seeds from? I'd bet you either ordered the wrong seeds my mistake, or somehow they keep sending you a CBD strain.

Edit: It's hard to see from the photos if the buds got light bleached. A high power light at 12" (30cm) away is definitely not a good idea. Good luck on the next round.

I'm not sure its the cause but light bleaching does exist. During flowering stretch I let mine get too close to the HPS and the leaves and tops of the buds turned white and started to die and I had to chop them off. LEDs however seem to have a less visible burn due to the different spectrums and they do seem to have increased UV over HPS which is why they produce potent bud when dialed in

The very concept of flushing is complete bro-science. It will have a negative affect on the outcome of your grow.

That article refers to bud thats been harvested as far as the thc degrading

Tested. Sounds like you grew hemp and not cannabis. I’ve seen the most terrible plants still produce 14% thc.
