Hey guys, this question is strictly theoretical of course!
Have been researching quiet ventilation systems for an indoor grow tent, and have narrowed it down to what i think would be the optimal quiet vent system.
Tent: 1.2 x 1.2 x 2M
Fan: Ruck Can Fan 8 inch, RK200S 217/Litres per second with inbuilt speed control
Filter: PHRESH 6inch Carbon Filter
So my idea was to run the 8inch fan at 3/4 speed for minimal noise, while still meeting the recommended airflow for the 6" filter.
Basically: 6"Filter -> 6" to 8" reducer -> 8" duct -> 8" Fan -> 8" duct
Can anyone tell me if this work in real life as well as it works in my head?
Cheers guys!
