How to clone with water?

Can you clone with water? I read tht yu can ...
Can someone give me step by step directions for this please and thanks
I wanna do it with just water and around the house matierals i dont know where a willow tree is so i cant use its bark or whatever i heard something about using honey/syrup? Idk i feel stupid for asking this but i'd like some help

just build a bubbler get a small tupper ware container and drill small holes in it place stems just above water line a put couple air stones in keep pumps on 24hr place plastic lid over clones for humidity and watch it go ph water to 5.0 24hr light

a small heater from walmart might be needed as well.

there are better ways but not from just around the house stuff and for the holes on the bubbler go get some 1 inch foam pucks from hydro stroe to keep clones stabel and to be able to adjust depth

^ i used to do its in a cup of water with plastic wrap at the top. and its seemed to work like 99% of the time
