How to flush out of my 10 gallon pot

Hi I'm growing out of 10 gal pots and planning on flushing every 4 weeks

1.) what to use to flush/ and the ratio per gallon

2.) how many gallons of water per gallon of soil

Y R U trolling us? Didn't your mommy hold you enough?

why are you flushing? what are you feeding with? nature doesnt flush every four weeks around here. dont panic grow organic
you could

1) add water until it flows from the bottom
2) clean up the fucking mess
3)repeat when neurosis strikes again
