get a detox mask, they cost like $30 at your local head shop. drink it 1 hour before u drop, pee 2 times before ur actual drop, and u will be clean for 5 hours. problem solved

Either buy a reliable detox thing or drink so much water that you are pissing out your ass.

Never failed with the 2nd route, though it isnt very fun to drink so much water.
