Step 1. wet a paper towel and give it a good squeeze
Step 2. take a purple bud, wrap it in the towel and squeeze hard for 10 sec or so
Step 3. if there is any color whatsoever on the paper towel don't buy it/smoke it, the bud has been dyed/sprayed/treated etc with something thats def not gonna be good for you. They did it to charge you more.
Step 4. keep in mind that real purple weed will never ever do this, no matter what the guy selling it says.
I was disturbed and amazed by the amount of fake purps ive seen since learning this trick a year or so ago. In my area people are known to steal power, light up the whole house, color their shit up and try to get the dispensaries or vendors to pay top dollar for it, and ultimately the patient is the one who loses the most. Ive seen guys try to explain it away like some sort of fruit juice, like squeezing a strawberry. But people will say anything to make a buck. Hopefully this will save at least one person a headache, and if you have any methods of your own please feel free to share them
