Hello all. I just wanted to say I put my throw back veg box back in action. Its a under worked 3 year old cardboard box. One 300 watt cfl real watt 65. One 140 watt cfl real watt like 30. A small but powerful exhaust fan. Ok. I mentioned before I can whip up some moonshine. The reason I am putting the box back in action is a test. I have vegged several plants in that box with nothing extra but lights and fan. I have added one special addition to the box. Its shine mash. The mash reproduces 2 things, Alcohol and Carbon Dioxide. The co2 escapes from the balloon. The plant is 8 days old. I can see a big difference. The plant is the size of two week old plants I have grown in the past. It will receive about two weeks of co2. I may add more. Like two weeks with two without. I dont know yet. Take a look. ​

I tried making my own co2 using the 2liter bottle/yeast/sugar route and ended up having a problem w nats. but I don't want to be a party pooper by any means........you may not have that problem.

Na I dont think I will get bugs. If I do Then I know how to treat them. Yeah just sugar and water. Sounds like you had some high grade ethanol. I am going to get a ethanol converter for my ride. The mileage may suffer but I can make more for next to nothing.

OK. My test co2 test isn't going very well.Day 13. On day 11 my fan broke. So between the fan break and the co2 levels being too high and possibly a phosphorus problem. My lil Plant looks like it will be dead in about two weeks or less. I will let it continue just to see if it pulls through. I would put pics up but I know you all know what a shitty plant looks like. Yes I replaced the fan.:bigjoint:
